Why is Use as Ringtone missing?
The system action depends on the OS, the item being shared and its usable audio. First check those conditions; buying a tone again will not add a missing system action.

Are you sharing audio or a webpage?
A Ringy share link is a web address for finding a particular sound. Sharing that address is different from exporting the audio inside Ringy. Open the actual tone and use its export flow when you want to install a ringtone.
Check the exported item
Make sure you finished trimming and are sharing a playable audio result. A movie, project file, cloud placeholder or protected song may not receive the same system actions. Download the source locally, confirm playback and keep the selected excerpt short.
Check your versions
Look up your iOS and Ringy versions. The app’s current instructions can include an action that older systems do not expose. Updating an app cannot make an OS-level feature appear on an unsupported OS. Use the system options actually present on your phone.
Use a compatible fallback
Apple documents GarageBand as a way to export an unprotected file as a ringtone. If your phone can run a compatible GarageBand version, follow that route. If it cannot, keep the source file and check a device-specific supported method; we do not promise an untested desktop transfer workflow.
After the action works
Return to Settings and confirm the tone is selected. A sound may be successfully installed without becoming the general call ringtone. Check text tones, contact-specific tones and alarm settings separately.
When contacting Ringy, report whether the share sheet was opened from a tone, a video, a file or this website. That distinguishes a wrong input from a compatibility problem.
