How to choose the right ringtone remix version
Match the full title, including the remix name, year and speed label. Similar artwork or a shared melody does not mean two catalogue entries are the same recording.

Use the exact title
Ringy has separate entries for named remixes and variations. A year in the title is part of the version name, not necessarily a statement about when you downloaded it. Words such as sped up, slowed or bass boosted identify the listed variation; they are not settings that every page can toggle.
Compare within a family
Start with the Reflections, Silk or Marimba collection when you know the melody family. Open each promising entry to compare its full name and artwork, then listen in Ringy to confirm. Keep the established share link for the version you choose.
Choose for the situation
Think about how the sound will be used. A busy phrase may suit a call but overwhelm repeated message alerts. A softer sound may be comfortable in a quiet room but easy to miss in a noisy place. Test at your normal volume rather than judging from a “loud” or “banger” title.
Genre and mood are starting points
The catalogue includes genre labels such as Drill, EDM, Lofi, Trap and Jersey Club, alongside use labels such as Alarm and Text Tone. These categories help narrow the browse list; they do not guarantee a particular tempo, duration or system capability. No BPM or production detail is inferred from the title alone.
If you followed an older link
A version may be absent from the current app catalogue while its share page remains useful as a reference. The page can point to related sounds without silently changing the identity of the original link. Contact support with the URL if you need that specific version.
